A guided Tasting tour led by Certified Mermmelier, Michael-Ann Rowe. Explore the concept of ‘Merroir’ and how it shapes the distinct flavors of East and West Coast oysters. Learn how to pro-taste oysters, oyster appellation, how oysters grow, and answers to some of the myths about oysters.
