An intimate 4-course tasting menu with wine pairings led by special guest Marko Fakin, owner and winemaker of Fakin Winery, in Istria, Croatia. Delight in the opportunity to discover the different wines made by Marko along with delectable tastes of Croatian food.

Fresh Burrata with Arugula, Tomatoes & Balsamic reduction paired with Malvazija Istarska

 Second Course:

Spinach Stuffed Gnocchi a la Quattro Formaggio paired with Malvazija La Prima

Third Course (choice of):

Braised Beef Short Ribs with Polenta

Or Halibut Livornese paired with Teran

Dessert:

Chocolate Hazelnut Torta paired with Teran Il Primo
